We deliver our mattresses and our sleep accessories free directly to your front door or to the specified desired address as a package. This way, the mattresses and bed items can also be delivered to friends, family, a package shop, or directly to the office. After the order is received, your mattress will be rolled up by our manufacturer so that it can be perfectly sent to you in a box from DPD. Subsequently, you will receive your tracking number for your mattress in the shipping confirmation easily via email. All other Mister-Sandman mattress products, such as pillows and blankets, will be sent to you in a separate shipment with its own tracking number.

Buying mattresses online: Can I still change my address after placing the order?

You can inform us of an address change before shipping via email at kundenservice@mister-sandman.de. Unfortunately, after the order has been shipped, changing the address is no longer possible. For mattresses that are more expensive, the point elasticity is very good, as is the lifespan and shape stability. What is the hardness level?

Depending on the mattress model, different hardness levels are often specified. The hardness level determines the firmness based on weight. The abbreviation for hardness level is "H". Additionally, hardness levels are numbered from 1 to 5. Here is an overview of the hardness levels:

In fact, the firmness level has very little to do with the lying feeling on the sleeping surface. For example, a premium quality cold foam model can be softer than a latex model due to its high weight.
